Why are your course fees smaller than other companies?
Quite simply because we do not have the large overheads that some over companies have. We do not spend thousands of pounds on expensive television and radio campaigns and do not employ a large sales team. Some companies send sales people with no experience in the courses that they are offering to your door to seal a deal. These costs all mount up!
Can I pay in Instalments?
Yes. We allow you to spread your payments over 4 months on any course. You can find the payment options on each individual course page from the Website or course information document. The first payment will be taken when your course materials are sent out and the additional 3 monthly payments will be taken on the same date of the following 3 months. In some cases we will also allow you to spread your payments over further monthly payments. Please call on 0845 129 7238 if you would like to discus this.
What if I am not entirely happy with my course materials?
If you are not happy with your course materials then simply let us know within 7 days of receiving your course materials and we will then allow you to return your course within 14 days for a full no questions asked refund, or allow you to swap the course for another course of the same value.
Are the courses tutor supported?
You can get help 7 days per week by email, or post from your dedicated tutor. With some courses like GCSE’s and A Level’s you also get telephone support.
How long do your courses take?
Course lengths will vary from student to student, but you will find a reasonable estimate of course durations on each course page.
Will I get a qualification?
The majority of our courses lead to nationally accredited awards or qualifications or industry recognised certificates. The appropriate certification available is displayed on each course page. If you have any questions or would like further information on a specific certificate then please email our sales team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will I get a job on Completion of the Course?
We cannot guarantee whether individuals will be able to work in an appropriate industry or job type after successfully completing a course. Each Job Role is different and will be asking for qualifications and skills. All we can guarantee is that on successfully completing the course you will gain a relevant award issued through an appropriate awarding body. We always advise that an individual looks at jobs available in their area to see what skills/qualifications are being asked for.
When Can I start?
You can start a course immediately, we do not have set dates for courses.
Can I do the courses abroad?
Yes. However there will be additional postage and packing fees for sending courses outside of the UK and all International course fees have to be paid in full.

3) By Fax or Telephone – Complete an enrolment form and fax it back to 0845 129 7239 or call us on 0845 129 7238 (All calls are local rate) and a member of our sales team will take your details.
4) Invoice - You can submit a purchase order or confirmation of order by company letter, email or fax which should include the students name, address and contact information as well as the course you want to do with the relevant delivery and invoicing details.
