This home study course is designed for all people working in or entering service in a hotel catering environment and who wish to understand better the range of catering services required, and how these integrate with other hotel and client functions.

The Home Study Course Includes the Following 10 Units:-

Course Duration:

Students may register at any time and have a full year to complete their studies. The course will take approximately 80 hours of study to complete.
