The DHTI+ (Digital Home Technology Integrator) course will prepare students for one or both CEA-CompTIA DHTI+ exam. Students will learn how to design, configure, and install a home network, work with low- and high-voltage wiring, install and configure audio and video components, and install and set up security systems. They will also learn how to install and configure telecommunications systems and lighting control systems, and how to manage heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems. Course coverage also includes water control systems, automated interior furnishings, window and door systems, and lift systems.

The CEA-CompTIA Digital Home Technology Integrator (DHTI+) Certification validates the knowledge and skills of home technology professionals. It is an international, vendor-neutral certification that recognizes a technician's ability to configure, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and comprehend the basic design concepts of electronic and digital home systems. The Course manual comes with CertBlaster assessment software (download).

The DHTI+ Certification course consists of the following lessons:
