Pre-Requirements:
You should be familiar with Personal Computers and the use of a keyboard and Mouse. The course also assumes you have an understanding of desktop operating systems and a general understanding of networking in a domain environment.
The course also presumes you have access to a computer running Windows XP Professional.

Students may register at any time. The courses are designed as self-study courses but if you have any problems you can email our email support. As the course is self study you can complete in as little or as long a time as you prefer, and we do not impose a cut-off date for study.

Assessment is from the Microsoft 70-270 Examination. Examinations are in a multiple choice/multiple answer format.
