- Lesson Four – Telephone Skills

A Choice of Telephone or Face to Face Sales Skills depending on your working environment.
- Lesson Five - Work Organisation
The following topics are covered: Planning your work, Setting targets, Planning sales activity, Keeping people informed and Controlling your time.
- Lesson Six – Self Development & Self Motivation
The following topics are covered: Developing your knowledge and skills, Showing persistence and resilience, Seeking and offering help and Giving and requesting feedback.

There are no particular entry requirements.
