The Workplace Psychology Level 3 Course is designed to provide you with an overview and Introduction to understanding Psychology in the workplace. It covers a wide range of workplace people and management issues, exploring each and enabling students to examine practical applications of psychology in the workplace.

This is an ideal course for anyone wishing to improve their skills in understanding and managing staff and understanding how to deal with events and find explanations for workplace psychological problems.

On successful completion of this course students will receive an accredited Level 3 Certificate of Achievement.

The home study courses are split into the following 11 Units:

  • Unit One – Introduction to Workplace Psychology

  • Unit Two – The use of Sensation & Perception

  • Unit Three – Understanding Personality Concepts

  • Unit Four – Using Psychological Testing

  • Unit Five – Management of the Workplace

  • Unit Six – The Workplace Environment

  • Unit Seven – How to Motivate the Workforce

  • Unit Eight – Recruitment

  • Unit Nine – What is Social Psychology

  • Unit Ten – Peoples’ Abnormalities

  • Unit Eleven – Final Assessment

Course Duration:

Students may register at any time and have a full year to complete their studies. The home study courses will take approximately 80 hours of study to complete.

Prerequisites:

There are no particular entry requirements.

Technical Support:

Once you have enrolled, you will have access to your own personal tutor by mail or email. You will receive full tutor support for a 12 month period.

Certification:

ABC AwardsOn successful completion of this course students will receive a Workplace Psychology Certificate of Achievement by ABC Awards and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the details of all the units you have completed as part of your course).

The completion of this course alone does not lead to an Ofqual regulated qualification but may be used as evidence of knowledge and skills towards regulated qualifications in the future. The unit summary can be used as evidence towards Recognition of Prior Learning if you wish to progress your studies in this sector. To this end the learning outcomes of the course have been benchmarked at Level 3 against level descriptors published by Ofqual, to indicate the depth of study and level of difficulty involved in successful completion by the learner.
