We process all new applications on a daily basis, and course materials are sent ASAP. We keep students up-to-date with their application with an order confirmation, an email to confirm we are processing the application and a further email once it has been dispatched. The method of each course delivery is detailed in the course description alongside an estimated delivery time.
Paper-Based Course Materials are usually dispatched on the same day we process the application using a courier or recorded delivery service. Delivery times are only estimated and can be subject to changes and delays, but where possible a direct email from the delivery company will be provided so that you can track deliveries.
Login details for Online Course materials are usually emailed on the same day that we process the application. Some online courses are official materials provided externally from the official provider and are subject to them registering students so can take two to three working days for the set up.
If you have a preferred start date, we recommend enrolling at that time. Most courses are subject to a one-year Awarding Body registration and support period so it makes sense to enrol when you are ready to start your course and can get the optimum study time available. Extensions are possible for most courses but are subject to reregistration fees. These fees will vary depending on the required support and Awarding Body costs.
Cancellation & Returns
Unless specified in the course description, all course materials are subject to the consumer contract regulations and cancellations and returns are available for 14-days from receiving the course materials. Unfortunately, after this point we cannot accept any cancellations or returns as any tutor and Awarding Body fees will need to be paid.
Any course materials which are considered digital content and may include test prep software or exam vouchers are not eligible for any cancellation once the digital codes have been issued to the student. Any course which is considered digital content will be highlighted on the individual; course page. This is mainly a selection of IT Courses, and we offer a Free Trial of the content through a link so that you can sample the materials prior to purchase.
The cost of returning the course materials is from the customer, and we can only offer full refunds for course materials that are returned in a resaleable condition. If a course pack has been written in or damaged then it will not be used for another customer. In these circumstances a complete new course pack will be required and a restocking fee will be removed from the refund.
If you would like to cancel or return your course within the 14-day cancellation period then you need to put this request in writing. This can be done through Recorded Delivery or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot be held responsible for any request that is not received. We usually reply to any emails within 24 hours so if you have not received a reply then please resend your request or contact us to discuss this.
Please Note: Please do not return any course materials without first sending in a request. Course Materials will need to be returned to a specific addresses and this address will vary depending on the course.
