Gain CompTIA A+ Certification

The CompTIA A+ Certification Online Course covers the latest exam objectives and is an ideal starting point for those starting or looking to establish a career in IT. CompTIA A+ Certification is a vendor-neutral, industry-standard certification for entry-level IT technicians, and it requires candidates to pass two exams: Core 1 (220-1201) and Core 2 (220-1202).

The A+ Certification Online Course can benefit those preparing for the CompTIA A+ Exams and is written at an intermediate technical level, so it will be assumed that you already know how to use a personal computer and its basic peripherals, such as USB devices and printers, but we also recognise that you may be learning how to service some of that computer equipment for the first time.

The Core 220-1201 focuses on foundational skills in hardware, networking, mobile devices, and troubleshooting.

The following content is covered in Core 220-1201:

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware components and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Understand networking basics and configure SOHO networks.
  • Explain virtualization and cloud computing concepts.
  • Use troubleshooting tools to diagnose and resolve technical problems.

The Core 220-1202 focuses on essential skills in operating systems, security, software troubleshooting, and operational procedures.

The following content is covered in Core 220-1201:

  • Install, configure, and manage operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Apply security measures to protect systems and mitigate threats.
  • Troubleshoot software and operating system issues.
  • Follow operational procedures for safety, documentation, and change management.
  • Implement backup and recovery methods to ensure data integrity.
